Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive mental health services:

  • Offer individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs of your clients, providing therapeutic techniques that encourage healing and growth.
  • Handle all necessary billing, documentation, and insurance authorization accurately and promptly, within designated timeframes to uphold organizational efficiency.
  • Develop personalized crisis plans and safety strategies when needed, ensuring clients have a structured approach to manage their mental health.
  • Create thorough discharge plans to assist clients in transitioning from care to independent functioning.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights and collaborative solutions to enhance patient care.
  • Complete all mandatory training and licensure requirements to maintain professional standards and competencies.
Patient Population / Client Focus
