A well-established and growing real estate owner/operator is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, photography, video, and written content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns and manage relationships with outside agencies and vendors
  • Monitor marketing performance and analyze campaign results to optimize ROI
