Job description

You’ll execute the daily social media activity across multiple brands, gaining direct access to senior creative leadership and hands-on experience in a structured, multi-brand environment.

That means sharp skill-building in brand voice adaptation, content scheduling, and performance tracking, giving you a solid foundation in managing structure social media operations.

With clear processes and defined responsibilities, you’ll stay focused on what matters, without the noise of undefined scopes. You’ll also have the chance to grow alongside our expanding brands, being CIG, Magnifica Hospitality, Magnifica Air, CIG Energy and US Modules, increasing your expertise and career prospects.

What you’ll do

Reporting to our Creative Director, you'll execute approved social media content plans and maintain structured content calendars across all our brands, coordinating with the internal creative team (design, video, content) ensuring the timely delivery of assets.

Writing and adapting captions aligned with each brand's voice; you'll publish and schedule content across all platforms. Monitoring comments and audience engagement keeps you close to the action, while tracking performance metrics and providing monthly reports will sharpen your analytical skills.

Following content approval workflows and maintaining consistency in visual identity and messaging, will give you experience in brand management and operational discipline.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or coordination
  • Experience handling multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
  • Strong written communication and copywriting ability

You'll also need a clear understanding of brand voice, tone, and positioning, along with the ability to follow structured processes, workflows, and approval systems. Being detail-oriented with high standards for execution will set you apart.

You're proactive and energetic, with a second nature response to asking "what's next?" after a task is complete.
