Job Summary/Description:
The Digital Sales Assistant works daily to support the sales department with digital advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for coordinating digital orders, executing instructions for digital graphics/ad creation, inputting digital orders, assigning traffic, and facilitating the overall digital sales process. Additionally, the Digital Sales Assistant will monitor active campaigns, conduct research, and generate performance reports.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Campaign Coordination & Order Creative Entry: Request, input, and monitor digital orders and creative scheduling for all campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Creative Liaison: Coordinate the submission and creative development of digital ads through Gray Digital Media Digital Design and 2 AdPro.
* Traffic Management: Assign, update, and monitor creative traffic on digital campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
* Client & Team Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal sales teams, Media Executives, and clients to develop, implement, and support comprehensive digital media strategies and marketing campaigns.
* Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor digital campaigns actively, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure appropriate follow-up with internal teams and clients.
* Manage advertising specs and guidelines with advertisers as the company and product offerings evolve.
* Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance and create analytical reports using tools such as Gray Insights, Google Analytics (GA4), and other reporting platforms.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Skills & Competencies:
* Communication: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on collaborative teamwork and excellent customer service. Ability to work with an internal and external team to execute campaigns with precision.
* Organization & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and high attentiveness to detail, with strong data entry and multitasking capabilities.
* Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting, adaptability, and problem-resolution skills in a high-pressure environment.
Technical Proficiency:
* Core Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Digital Tools (A Plus): Experience with design software, social media platforms, paid digital ads, streaming, pre-roll, display, email marketing, Google Ads, and a strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4). Familiarity with emerging digital tools.
