Reports To: Club Manager

Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic, motivated, and personable Sales Team Member with a passion for helping others and improving their lives through health and fitness. The Sales Team Member is responsible for assisting the Club Manager in daily duties, member relations, and gym maintenance.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations:

  • Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
  • Answer phone calls, text messages and club emails.
  • Set appointments for the Club Manager and Training Manager.
  • Perform follow-up functions (calls, emails, texts) to members and prospects; no cold calls.
  • Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
  • Stock merchandise when needed.
  • Assist with the club social media to enhance engagement, community, and culture.
  • Collect and enter payments from members.
  • Count the till and account for money coming into the club.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Travel Demands:

Less than 5% annually.

Physical Demands:

A Sales Team Member spends much of the day in the office and on their feet.

Position:

This is a part-time, hourly position.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

Saturdays may be required based on seasonality.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional office skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and multi-task.
