What You'll Do
Member Experience
  • Welcome every athlete and member with exceptional customer service.
  • Check members in and ensure every visit is a great experience.
  • Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries.
  • Schedule evaluations and introductory workouts.
  • Assist with membership sales and retention.
  • Keep the lobby, front desk, and retail area organized and professional.
  • Build genuine relationships with members and families.

Social Media & Marketing
  • Capture photo and video content during training sessions.
  • Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
  • Post daily stories, reels, and member highlights.
  • Showcase athlete success stories, transformations, coaches, and community events.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, challenges, and special events.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
  • Help grow D1 Training Lake Orion's online presence and community.
