Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive audience engagement, generate demand, and support business objectives. This role combines strategic planning, content leadership, analytics expertise, and community management to maximize the organization's presence across social and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, data-driven marketer, and social media strategist with a strong understanding of content trends, audience behavior, paid social advertising, and brand reputation management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing social media programs for B2B or B2C organizations.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
