Provides the support and assistance to people we support to achieve skills necessary to learn skills to be self sufficient within the Day Program and the community and to create conditions within the program to facilitate growth and self-awareness.
The Manager of Community Home Services is responsible for supervision and oversight of the Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in the Day Program facility. The Manager plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall delivery of services in accordance with current federal, state, and program standards, guidelines and regulations as well as organizational policy and procedure. The Manager also recommends changes that would improve services performed.

Preferred
- Experience managing adult day programs or community-based services.
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements and Medicaid waiver programs.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
