Overview
The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.
To help with this, we're looking for an outstanding Manager - someone who can lead a team of analysts, provide strategic data-driven recommendations to drive client goals, and collaborate with internal partners to drive cross-functional success. Sound like you? Read on.
Responsibilities
As Manager, you'll drive strategic marketing growth for clients and inspire a team of analysts and senior analysts. You'll work to surpass client goals through brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
  • Providing and presenting strategic data-driven recommendations across channels to improve client decision-making, conversion performance, media efficiency, and ROI

  • Building effective marketing strategies with internal partners to optimize client budgets, programs, and full-funnel performance across brand and demand channels

  • Owning experimentation and optimization strategy, including designing and leading A/B testing, incrementality studies, and ongoing performance optimization across channels

  • Serving as a client and internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools, marketing measurement, and experimentation design

  • Building and owning end-to-end measurement frameworks that connect brand and performance outcomes across media, social, CRM, and eCommerce

  • Applying statistical methods such as regression and forecasting to inform business decisions, and translating outputs into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders

  • Understanding tagging, tracking, and cross-platform data integration to support measurement across paid media, social, CRM, site analytics, and commerce environments

  • Evaluating new online and offline data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, and partnerships, including AI-enabled approaches that improve insight generation and reporting workflows

  • Fostering creative thinking around how data can solve unique business challenges across all marketing activities, including Media, Creative, CRM, social, and eCommerce

Qualifications
We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company

  • Experience managing and developing a team, including coaching analysts, managing performance, and maintaining quality and consistency of outputs

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, with the ability to connect insights to business decisions and measurable impact

  • Experience with applied statistical methods and modern analytical techniques, including regression, forecasting, classification models, and supervised or unsupervised learning

  • Experience designing and leading experimentation programs, including A/B testing, incrementality studies, and optimization strategies across channels

  • Knowledge of digital data technologies and cross-platform measurement, including tagging, tracking, site analytics, paid media data, social data, CRM data, and eCommerce data integration

  • Experience building end-to-end measurement frameworks that integrate brand and performance metrics across channels

  • Familiarity with tools such as Pulsar, Sprinklr, StatSocial, Captiv8, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • A four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus

  • Passion for online advertising, emerging trends in the digital landscape, and innovation in data and AI application

  • Ability to evaluate new data sources and tools, and apply AI to improve insight generation and reporting workflows

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLโ€ข E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
