As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting individualized counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for all clients.
• Facilitating discussions around emotions, thoughts, and experiences to promote self-awareness and meaningful insights for clients.
• Collaborating with clients to establish realistic goals tailored to their unique situations and desires.

Our client base primarily consists of prescreened individuals who demonstrate stability and low acuity needs. To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Strong critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to make informed evaluations, decisions, and treatment recommendations based on clinical judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and an understanding of diverse client backgrounds.
• Proficient in using technology, including teletherapy platforms, electronic health record systems, and basic software tools for documentation and reporting.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings or with a varied client population will be preferred. Familiarity with solution-focused and client-centered therapy methodologies will enhance your ability to tailor approaches effectively.

Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
