This full-time position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will spend approximately 40 hours each week contributing to the well-being of students while working from the comfort of your chosen environment. This role is designed to promote accessibility to students encountering social, behavioral, and emotional challenges while empowering them to thrive in their school setting.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families, tailored to the specific needs of students.
• Carry out initial client interviews and assessments to gather and interpret social, emotional, and health-related information that informs treatment plans.
• Design and implement customized treatment strategies and interventions that address the unique challenges faced by clients within the school context.
• Facilitate effective cognitive, behavioral, and emotional health interventions, adjusting approaches to crisis situations where necessary.
• Maintain and document client records meticulously, ensuring that all findings reflect the services rendered and meet established practice protocols.
• Cultivate therapeutic relationships based on confidentiality, trust, respect, and compassion to promote client engagement.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment methods based on the effectiveness of the intervention, promoting better client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on school-age children and adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and behavioral challenges. Working in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school counselors, you will implement strategies aimed at fostering emotional and social success among students, thereby contributing to a positive school climate.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in social work or a related field, with a strong emphasis on behavioral mental health.

• Experience providing counseling related to depression, mood disorders, addiction, family dynamics, grief, and other prevalent issues affecting school-aged clients.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse populations and build rapport within the school environment, contributing positively to the school culture.
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms or remote therapy practices is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
