• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

As an LCSW at Epiphany Counseling Group, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various age groups, backgrounds, and with different mental health conditions. • A Master's degree in Social Work from a nationally accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification with no disciplinary actions.

• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote therapy and administrative tasks.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and cultural competence approaches in therapy.
• Prior experience in a telehealth or remote work setting preferred, demonstrating adaptability to digital communication modalities.
