Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing home health team throughout the Metro Detroit area. This is a contingent, visit-based position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care in the home setting.

This role is primarily focused on Start of Care (SOC) assessments and supervisory visits, making it an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy clinical assessment, care coordination, and quality oversight. Additional responsibilities may include skilled nursing visits, wound care, wound vac management, and tracheostomy (trach) care.

No Medicare OASIS assessments or documentation are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Start of Care (SOC) assessments and admissions
  • Complete supervisory visits to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

  • Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Authorization to work in the United States
