A Surgical Registered Nurse (Soc Rn) typically earns less than $4,000 weekly without a degree, as nursing roles generally require at least an associate or bachelor's degree. However, some high-paying trades such as commercial diving, certain sales positions, or specialized technical roles in fields like oil and gas can reach or exceed $4,000 per week with relevant experience and certifications. These jobs often demand specific skills, on-the-job training, or licensing but not necessarily a traditional college degree.

What are some common challenges a SOC RN faces when coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams?

A SOC (Start of Care) RN often encounters challenges such as ensuring smooth communication among physicians, therapists, and home health aides to develop a comprehensive care plan. Balancing the needs and expectations of patients, families, and team members while managing documentation and regulatory requirements can also be demanding.
