Job description

Primary job function is to engage, educate, answer all questions and check-out guests at cash wrap for a defined seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility is Guest Service.
  • Assist in managing all daily store operations and store appearance as set forth in the Buff City Soap (BCS) Store Operation, Training and Reference Manual.
  • Engage in making all BCS products (including necessary packaging and labeling).
  • Routinely clean and maintain windows, furniture, tables, bathroom, floors, and trash receptacles. Follow all cleaning procedures as detailed during training.
  • Cheerfully greet all customers and welcome them to the store. Follow script/direction provided during training for guest interaction. Answer questions and familiarize our guests with BCS products and their benefits.
  • Assist customers during the checkout process and encourage participation in the BCS Loyalty Program.
  • Network and market in your stores’ general location to increase brand awareness and foot traffic into your store.
  • Follow all COVID-related protocols.
  • Always come to work presentable and in compliance with the store dress code. Closed toe shoes are mandatory.
  • Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment & Lye protocols.
