What a Typical Day Could Look Like
As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for helping the community look vibrant, clean, and welcoming for current and future residents.
You are the Champion of Community Appearance!
  • You will ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris.
  • You may help with the make-ready process of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
  • You will assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
