Job Description:
PROLIM is a Snowflake Elite Partner and data & AI consultancy helping enterprise clients modernize on the Snowflake Data Cloud. We combine global delivery capabilities with a strong Snowflake co-sell motion to win and grow enterprise accounts across North America.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Client Partner to own new business development and revenue growth through Snowflake's co-sell ecosystem. You will work directly with Snowflake's field AEs and partner managers to identify, qualify, and close enterprise deals in your assigned market (Denver or Dallas).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own a regional pipeline through active co-sell motions with Snowflake's field sales organization
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across enterprise accounts in your market
  • Position Kasmo's data, analytics, and AI services alongside Snowflake's platform to solve real business problems
  • Lead proposals, pricing, and deal structuring from qualification through close
  • Collaborate with Kasmo's delivery and solutions teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM; meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in cloud data, analytics, or AI services
  • Proven track record working within a Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP co-sell or partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the $500K-$5M+ range
  • Ability to engage both business executives and technical buyers with confidence
  • Existing enterprise relationships in the West or Central market is a strong plus
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality - comfortable building pipeline in a growth-stage environment
