We are looking to hire a Credentialing Specialist to manage the home health clinician recruitment process from lead to first worked. Reporting to the VP, Home Health, this Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for working in conjunction with internal teams to ensure that the recruiting and activation processes are meeting or exceeding company growth needs.

You will...

  • Maintain a consistent onboarding experience for applicants across all Home Health roles and markets including credentialing, screening for experience and nurturing candidates through their first worked experience
  • Screen nurse applicants for care setting and role experience requirements via work history or phone interviews
  • Maintain a clinician acquisition pipeline, using data to increase efficiency of workflows
  • Coordinate information and communication between clinicians and partners
  • Support with external audits and compliance requests as needed

You have...

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing end-to-end onboarding or applicant acquisition funnels
  • Previous experience with Checkr, Sterling, and other similar applicant tracking systems, credentialing, and background check services
  • A dual-minded approach: You're creative and an excellent communicator but also process-driven, analytically oriented, and have a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • The desire to work in a scrappy, fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity is the norm
