Description- Construction Scheduling Assistant position available in San Antonio, TX with G.L. Hunt, a seasoned construction company with over 35 years of experience.
- Join our dynamic Production team and play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our clients during the home repair process.
- Responsibilities include ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are in place for efficient repairs.
- Ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excels in independent work, pays attention to detail, and is self-motivated and proactive.
- Proficiency in Google Drive programs and CRM systems is a must.
Responsibilities• Checking contracts for accuracy
• Contacting customers to schedule construction jobs
• Booking jobs in our CRM
• Applying for permits with multiple municipalities
• Communicating with coworkers, and customers via phone, email, and SMS
Qualifications• Must have strong computer skills
• Must have experience using Google Drive programs
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be available to work in-office 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
• Must work well independently
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
