Location: Commerce City, Colorado
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience)
Reports To: Revenue Chief Officer
Position Overview
Faris Machinery is seeking a Rental Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of fleet operations. This is a critical, hands-on role that operates at the center of Sales, Service, Rentals, and Yard teams-ensuring rental equipment is compliant, documented, serviced, and ready when needed.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and takes ownership of coordination, accuracy, and follow-through.
Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain real-time fleet status (available, rented, down)
  • Coordinate equipment readiness with the Service team
  • Process titles, registrations, and applicable SMM taxes
  • Track compliance expirations and renewals
  • Prepare rental contracts and supporting documentation
  • Ensure billing inputs are complete, accurate, and timely
  • Coordinate repairs and service scheduling
  • Act as a communication hub across Sales, Service, Rentals, and Yard teams

Qualifications
Required:
