Job description

About the team/role

As Senior Director of Product & Solutions Marketing, you'll report to Checkr's VP of Marketing and shape how the market understands Checkr. You'll lead product and solutions marketing for Workforce and Mortgage, and drive the positioning of Checkr AI and the People Data Graph - Checkr's AI-powered identity resolution platform and the technology story that underpins Checkr's entire business. You'll partner with Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Checkr's executive team to sharpen this narrative and drive the company's continued growth.

What you'll do

  • Own product marketing and solutions marketing strategy for Workforce and Mortgage, across every industry, segment, and go-to-market motion
  • Define and drive the positioning of Checkr AI and the People Data Graph as the technology foundation behind Checkr's ability to resolve identity and build trust at scale
  • Weave Checkr's incubating and developing use cases into the company's overall positioning narrative as they mature
  • Reengineer how the PMM and SMM team operates, embedding AI-native tools and workflows into how strategy, content, and campaigns get built
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on market, competitive, and customer insights
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and content that arm Sales and Customer Success teams to win and grow accounts
  • Present strategy and market insights to Checkr executives and revenue leadership to inform company-wide priorities

What you bring

  • 10+ years in product marketing or solutions marketing, including experience in a senior/director-level scope
  • Experience in a rapidly growing and scaling company, ideally B2B SaaS or platform business
  • Track record of building GTM strategy across multiple products, segments, or industry verticals
  • A leading-edge operator who has fundamentally rethought what a PMM/SMM function can be - building new tools, structures, and processes powered by AI to deliver outsized impact with a lean team
  • Strong executive presence and experience partnering with C-level stakeholders
  • An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Nice to have: experience creating a new market category
