Job description

Do you like working in the evenings? Do you take pride in details and want to be part of making a difference? Are you a cleaning badass?! Reach out to Absolute Property Care as we are looking to hire individuals for a property in Broomfield, CO. Individuals or Teams are strongly encouraged for this position.
This property is 7 days per week. We are looking at weekday and weekend positions so come one come all! Positions will be in the evenings starting at 9pm. You have until 5am to This should take about 4 man hours per night for one person. The property consists of suites, some private offices, hallways, 2 sets bathrooms and a few meeting rooms.
Scope of Work consists of but not limited to:
  • Dumping trash/recycle and replacing liners.
  • Dusting and wiping of desks .
  • Vacuuming and mopping of floors.
  • Cleaning and stocking of bathrooms.
  • Sanitizing high touch areas throughout.
  • Executing orders for consumables before item is depleted.
  • Spot cleaning carpets.
  • Spot clean windows on interior and clean entrance glass.
