Smithco Services has multiple openings available for motivated, new or seasoned HVAC & Refrigeration Service, PM & Install Technicians who want to join a worker friendly company offering great pay, benefits, tremendous field support, industry growth and a long term solution to your career! Responsibilities of the Available Positions:

  • Diagnose & Service Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Ice Machines and Refrigeration systems
  • Perform routine Preventative Maintenance on HVAC, Refrigeration & Ice Machines
  • Install/Change out HVAC
  • Respond to emergency Service requests on the easiest On Call schedule in our industry
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous field experience in HVAC as a Service Technician/Installer for at least 3 years.
  • Preventative Maintenance field experience for at least 1 year
  • Refrigeration or Ice Machine knowledge is a big plus and increases your compensation
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Must have industry tools
  • Desire to expand your ability with comprehensive training of Refrigeration and Ice Machines
  • Must have a clean driving record and background
  • Must be Drug free
