JOB SUMMARY:
The CRM Administrator serves as the primary owner of Smith Entertainment Group's Salesforce CRM platform and plays a critical role in supporting the organization's revenue department. This position is responsible for the implementation, administration, automation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and related business processes.
Working cross-functionally with revenue teams the CRM Administrator will develop scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and deliver reporting and insights that support revenue growth and operational excellence across the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the revenue organization to understand business needs and develop effective CRM solutions.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision making.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the CRM environment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the user experience through automation and system enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to Salesforce users across the organization.
  • Maintain system documentation, establish best practices, and stay current on platform enhancements.
  • Support CRM integrations and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure systems operate effectively.
  • Assist in the oversight and upkeep of premium seating and corporate partnership inventory.
  • Protect the reputation of the company

COMPETENCIES:
  • Business Insight - Understands business objectives and leverages CRM solutions, data, and reporting to support revenue growth and organizational goals.
  • Collaboration - Builds strong relationships and works effectively across departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Manages Complexity - Analyzes information from multiple sources, identifies key insights, and develops practical solutions to business challenges.
  • Communication - Clearly communicates technical concepts, recommendations, and system changes to a variety of audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including platform configuration, user and permission management, reporting and dashboard development, workflow/flow automation, data management, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Experience with data visualization tools strongly preferred.
  • SQL experience preferred.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
