- Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or other Committee on Accreditation for Exercise Sciences (CoAES) accredited degree program required.
- License/Certifications: Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM CEP certification) required within 3 months of start date for positions at SMHC and one year of start date for positions at MMC. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required or must obtain within three months of start date. Required to participate in the AACVPR re-certification process for Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: Minimum one year of clinical or exercise physiology related experience, training, and/or education.
