About the Role

As the Calendar & Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our studio operations -- balancing logistics, guest communications, and concierge-level service. You'll ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to elegance, efficiency, and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the studio's calendar, scheduling portrait sessions, consultations, and viewings with precision and foresight.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients -- greeting guests, confirming appointments, and guiding them through each step of their portrait experience.

Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and production teams to ensure seamless session logistics.

Anticipate client needs and provide personalized, luxury-level service that exceeds expectations.
