Hoppen Home Systems is looking for motivated individuals ready to start a hands-on career in the fast-growing smart home and low-voltage technology industry. No prior industry experience is required — we’re looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
This is a great opportunity for:

  • Former warehouse, cable, automotive or construction workers
  • Anyone who enjoys working with their hands and ready to take initiative to learn the trade
You’ll work alongside experienced technicians running cable and installing equipment for residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Learn
  • Basic construction practices and tool usage
  • Identification and use of low voltage wiring types
  • Understanding rough-in and trim phases of a project
Responsibilities
  • Pull, label, and organize low-voltage wiring
  • Assist lead technicians with installation of cameras, TVs, speakers, smart deadbolts, maglocks, card readers and other equipment
  • Follow directions from lead technicians and project leaders
  • Maintain professional appearance and represent the company well on job sites
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment 
  • Some travel required
