Job description

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and account-related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working in an enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support to end users through phone, email, chat, remote sessions, and walk-up support.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN, and application issues.

Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.

Assist with new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding, including account provisioning, hardware deployment, and access management.

Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other IT equipment.


Required Skills

2–5+ years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support.

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
