At Tamara Thompson - State Farm Agent, we believe that managing everyday financial risks is more than just a serviceโ€”itโ€™s about empowering our customers to achieve peace of mind and financial confidence. As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through their financial journeys by offering tailored solutions that fit their unique needs.
This is a part-time position structured to support three separate agents. The schedule is 3 days a week, with a rotation between agents on a weekly basis. The compensation listed applies individually to each agent's position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build meaningful relationships by consulting with customers on financial planning and investment strategies.
  • Help clients optimize their portfolios and make smart asset allocation decisions.
  • Conduct thorough financial reviews to recommend products that truly benefit each individual.
  • Ensure all practices align with regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of trust and integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual in Spanish - Preferred not requiredย 
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services.
  • Analytical and communication skills.
  • Licensed with life and health preferred.
