As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through their financial journeys by offering tailored solutions that fit their unique needs.
This is a part-time position structured to support three separate agents. The schedule is 3 days a week, with a rotation between agents on a weekly basis. The compensation listed applies individually to each agent's position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

- Build meaningful relationships by consulting with customers on financial planning and investment strategies.
- Help clients optimize their portfolios and make smart asset allocation decisions.
- Conduct thorough financial reviews to recommend products that truly benefit each individual.
- Ensure all practices align with regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of trust and integrity.
- Bilingual in Spanish - Preferred not required
- 10+ years of experience in financial services.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Licensed with life and health preferred.
