Job description

An expanding multi-specialty group in Rochester, Minnesota, has a high-demand community need for an Otolaryngology. Walk into an established practice and patient load with 60 primary care providers offering a strong in-house referral base.

Practice Highlights

  • Experienced and dedicated support staff including 3 Nurses and 5 AuD
  • In-house referral base of over 60 primary care physicians
  • Designated OR time
  • Epic EMR
  • NO CALL evening or weekend call

Compensation/Benefits

  • $520,000 guaranteed plus production
  • $105,000 signing bonus
  • Excellent benefits: health/dental/vision, life, short/long-term disability, 401k, adoption assistance, CME allowance, paid malpratice etc
  • 6-weeks (32-days) PTO
