About the Role

The landscape laborer supports daily lawn and landscape maintenance operations, working outdoors to keep residential and commercial properties clean, healthy, and wellโ€maintained. This role is hands-on, physical, and ideal for someone who enjoys working outside and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn care tasks.
  • Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
  • Load, unload, and move materials such as mulch, soil, and tools.
  • Operate basic landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily routes.
  • Support special projects such as sod installation, small landscape installs, or debris removal.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites.
