We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative Lead Crafter & Key Holder to help lead our team while creating beautifully handcrafted cakes that turn everyday moments into lasting memories.

As a key holder and lead crafter, you'll help keep the bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
What You'll Do
  • Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistency
  • Lead the Bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere
  • Open and close the Bakery as a trusted key holder
  • Support daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventory
  • Coach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standards
  • Ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and appreciated
  • Help create a clean, organized, and JOYFUL Bakery environment
