Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience owning product requirements, roadmaps, delivery backlogs, launch plans, and performance metrics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work across business, technology, design, analytics, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and customer-facing partners.
  • Experience with small business products, fintech, SaaS, digital tools, customer portals, workflow products, or AI- enabled experiences.
  • Experience acting as a domain-level product owner or general manager for a digital product, platform, customer experience, or growth initiative.
  • Experience translating customer needs into product requirements, MVPs, pilots, and measurable product improvements.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, product analytics, user testing, experimentation, and digital adoption measurement.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, speed to market, and risk/control requirements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with technology, design, analytics, marketing, risk, legal, and compliance partners.
