Job Title: SAP SD/SM Consultant.
Location: Austin, Texas.
Duration: Long Term Contract.

Skills and Requirements:
  • SAP Modules Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and Service Management (SM) functionalities within SAP systems.
    • Experience managing Warranty and Contracts as well as handling Repairs and Service Notification processes.
    • Knowledge of CRM modules within SAP, focusing on customer-centric processes if applicable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to read, understand, and debug ABAP codes for troubleshooting and customization purposes.
    • Understanding of system interfaces and integration of SAP SD/SM modules with other SAP modules.
    • Knowledge of S/4 HANA and familiarity with SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP Portal for integrated business solutions.
    • Familiarity with Master Data Management and its role in SAP SD/SM processes.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Creating functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
    • Handling cross-functional leadership across SAP and non-SAP teams for project execution.
