Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity making a direct impact on students’ lives in a supportive and collaborative educational setting. We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for onsite positions serving school-aged children and teens at campuses across the Houston area. These full-time roles start in August 2026 and run through the school year, with 35 hours each week in a set Monday–Friday schedule.

Opportunities are available for:

  • Elementary or high school caseloads with actively engaged SLP teams and manageable assignments
  • Experienced CCC-SLPs focused on case management (IEPs and evaluations) across 3 elementary campuses
  • SLP CCC/CF professionals who are proficient in sign language (able to hold conversations), working between a middle school and high school

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure by the contract start date
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration for skilled CFs
  • Prior experience within school settings
  • Confidence working effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams and independently
  • For the sign language-focused role: strong conversational proficiency in American Sign Language

Key responsibilities include:
