?? Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) | Houston, TX ?????

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We are seeking 2 dedicated SLPs to join a supportive school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year!

?? Opportunities Available

? Full-Time SLP (37.5 hours/week)
? Part-Time SLP (2-3 days/week)

?? Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 40-Week Contract
  • Start Date: August 24, 2026
?? Position Highlights

As a School-Based SLP, you will:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Provide direct therapy services and progress monitoring
  • Complete documentation and participate in ARD meetings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Perform classroom observations and assessments
  • Supervise SLP-Assistants (Full-Time role)

? Hybrid flexibility available, with the ability to complete documentation and some meetings remotely.

?? Up to $65/hour for local candidates
?? Travel opportunities available

? Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract)
  • Compliance with professional standards of practice
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • Current health clearance and TB screening (if applicable)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract. 
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
