Role Summary: 

The Final Assembly team ensure that customers receive their orders on time and with 100% accuracy. 


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Following daily production orders to build product accordingly  
  • Prepping packing materials in slow days to help productivity later  
  • Participating in weekly team huddles for planning / improvement 
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations  
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed  
  • Seek ways to improve / streamline inspection methods and communication channels  
  • Comply with Megapro’s core values and ethical standards and all applicable policies  
  • Daily cleaning of the work area being used  
  • Support other activities as required by company requirements and management direction  
  • Ability to lift 60lbs

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A strong ability to solve problems effectively.  
  • Sharp attention to detail and dedication to consistency  
  • Confident and a quick learner 
  • Ability to lift 60+ pounds on a regular basis. 
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time


This position is Monday to Friday 4 hours per day with the potential of additional hours
