MAJOR JOB DUTiES:

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provide guest service at machine level by explaining game paytables and jackpot payouts. A strong "Floor Presence" is required to do this job successfully.

- Maintain operation of slot machines at all times with minimal downtime.

- Perform software conversions and slot machine moves as directed by the Slot Technical Manager or the Lead Slot Technicians.

- Constantly perform preventative maintenance on slot machines to ensure proper and optimum performance levels.

- Maintain slot shop storage and prep areas keeping them clean and organized at all times.

- Assist Slot Floor personnel when needed and requested by Slot Shift Managers and/or Assistant Managers

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 3 years Slot Technician experience with Slot machines in a Casino Environment.

- Preferably a 2 years electronics / technical degree or equivalent experience with electronic components. 

- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.

- Ability to understand, follow and give directions to complete tasks in their specific manner. 

- Ability to work with Team Members and Management as well as be able to perform assigned duties without supervision.

- Knowledge of basic math is required. 

- Exceptional troubleshooting skills are a preferred requirement. 

- Knowledge of slot systems and proficient in use of computers.
