Job description

Job Requirements

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly

Full Time - Day/Swing shift available    

*must have flexible availability including nights and weekends

As a team member you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by warmly welcoming them, operating the Point-of-Sale system, and preparing and serving food and drinks with care. You'll help ensure the store and surrounding area remain clean and inviting. In addition, you'll assist guests with using slot machines, troubleshoot any issues, and handle ticket redemptions - all while creating a fun, supportive, and engaging experience.

 

What does a F&B Counter Server do?                             

        Ensures a pleasant experience for all guests by promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, greeting all guests upon arrival and treating all guests as the top priority.

        Properly greets guests within 2 minutes of guest's arrival.

        Assists with maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property including mopping floors, cleaning counters, sweeping the gaming floor, and taking garbage out to dumpsters.

        Maintains knowledge of slot machine games and accurately instructs guests on their operation, and on any available gaming incentives or promotions. Works collaboratively with Turning Stone staff to include gaming, technical, TS Rewards, and Cage staff to ensure accurate and efficient gaming operations within the store.

Work Experience

To be successful as a F&B Counter Server, you'll need:

    To bring excellent customer service skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the role.

    A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.

    The ability to communicate in a friendly and positive manner with guests, suppliers and co-workers.

    Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays is required.

    The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
