Responsibilities

  • Responsible for fulfilling the service needs of slot players while ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests; works at a fast-pace and require operational savvy along with unwavering enthusiasm and resilience.
  • An eagerness to serve coupled with the ability to be accurate while efficient is the mark of a great Greektown Casino-Hotel Slot Attendant Team Member.
  • Provides guest service and support by maintaining high visibility on the floor
  • Delivers exceptional guest service through smiling, making eye contact, and verbally greeting all guests and team members
  • Displays a sense of urgency at all times to minimize wait times; maintains a quick and purposeful pace
  • Respond to guest needs, including slot machine inquiries, slot payouts, making change, processing jackpots, promotional participation, and general slot machine maintenance and trouble-shooting
  • Maintains working knowledge of Michigan Gaming Control Board (federal, state, and local) regulations as well as Greektown Casino-Hotel policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates exemplary communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and fellow Team Members; proficiently communicates in person, via radio, phone and in writing
