We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Planner to join our dynamic Sleepwear Division. This role is responsible for driving pre-season and in-season planning processes to maximize margin, and support revenue growth across a complex business landscape.  As a key partner to cross-functional teams, you’ll bring both analytical strength and a forward-thinking mindset to help drive opportunities and support long-term growth. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative team.

  • Accountable for forecasting, analyzing and buying inventory for year round replenishment
  • Ownership of end-to-end retail planning to achieve program plan success
  • Responsible for executing in-season strategies (SSO’s, volume traited door selling, etc.)
  • Presenting findings and business driving strategies to internal and retail partners
  • Ladder planning (develop and maintain merchandise ladder plans for category)
  • Pre-season proposals and hindsighting analyses on a program level
  • Margin analyses (roll-back, in-season risks and opportunities)
  • In-stock / Replenishment reporting
  • Weekly Sales Reporting – responsible for creating, managing, and recapping
  • Seasonal recaps of sell-thrus by style, size, and store and make appropriate recommendations for improvement/change.
  • Analyze and suggest opportunities in both preseason and in season store level selling.
  • Diligently review and manage ADS/AEX
  • Create and maintain Seasonal Tracker by department to
  • Production- work directly with overseas coordinators and maintain product life cycle.
  • Cross Functional – partner with internal colleagues (production, imports, shipping, operations)
  • Perform other duties, ad hoc analysis, and special projects as assigned by management.

  • 4-6 years related Retail Planning Experience (Walmart preferred)
  • Knowledge of Retailer portals (ie. Retail Link / Scintilla)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required 
  • Excellent customer service skills required - position will communicate directly with Walmart buying team and cross functional teams
  • Ability to manage deadlines to ensure the team meets key milestones/deliverables 
  • Organized, self-motivated, with a problem-solving mentality
  • Experience with SAP a plus

Salary Range: $98,000 – $110,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
