Professional Sleepers, often employed in sleep studies or clinical research, may encounter challenges such as adapting to unfamiliar sleep environments, adhering to strict study protocols, and managing irregular or disrupted sleep schedules. These roles require individuals to remain still for extended periods and follow researchers' instructions precisely, which can be physically and mentally demanding. Additionally, professional Sleepers must be comfortable with frequent monitoring and the presence of medical staff, as well as potential disruptions to their personal routines.

What are Sleepers?

A 'Sleeper' typically refers to a person whose main job is to sleep, often for research or product testing purposes. Sleepers may participate in sleep studies at research institutions, where scientists observe and collect data on their sleep patterns to understand sleep disorders or the effects of certain conditions. They can also be hired by companies to test mattresses, bedding, or sleep-related products and provide feedback on comfort and quality. Sleepers need to meet specific health criteria and follow study protocols, making the job unique but important for advancements in sleep science and product development.
