Job description

Run predictable regional routes, take advantage of premium unload pay, and drive a brand-new automatic sleeper that you can take home for your reset.

Weekly Earnings & Benefits:

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,600 (Top-tier band rates + lucrative unload bonuses)
  • Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour weekend reset
  • Equipment: Brand-new automatic sleeper trucks (Take-home privileges allowed)
  • Full Perks: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement options

Route & Freight Details:

  • The Route: 3 high-yielding regional turns per week across major FL markets (Miami, Fort Myers, the Keys, Tampa, Orlando).
  • The Freight: Dedicated retail touch-freight. Unloading via an easy-to-use roller conveyor system (3 to 5 stops per load).
  • The Start: All freight originates at the distribution center in Ocala, FL.

What We Need From You:

  • Active Class A CDL.
  • Minimum 3 months of solo, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
  • Must live within 50 miles of The Villages, FL.
  • Physical capability to perform repetitive unloading duties via roller system.
  • A safe, secure location to park the tractor-trailer during your home time.
