We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers to operate regional routes throughout the Southwest. This opportunity is ideal for drivers looking for dependable freight, weekly time at home, and late-model equipment backed by a strong operations team. Compensation Package
  • Average weekly income: $1,100โ€“$1,500
  • Competitive mileage-based pay on dispatched miles
  • Additional compensation for detention and breakdown delays
  • Full-time W-2 employment
  • Consistent freight volume throughout the year
Route Details
  • Southwest regional operation
  • Drivers are typically out 5โ€“6 days at a time
  • Weekly home time for a 34โ€“48 hour reset
  • Predictable scheduling and dispatch support
  • Steady freight network with established customer lanes
Freight Information
  • Dry van freight
  • No-touch loads
  • Majority drop-and-hook freight
  • Limited live loading and unloading requirements

Driver Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Have recent commercial driving experience within the previous 90 days
  • Be able to satisfy DOT physical, drug screening, and safety requirements
  • Maintain an acceptable driving and employment history
