What You'll Do
- Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions
- Educate customers on Ashley's full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products
- Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer's comfort and lifestyle needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
- Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
