What You'll Do

  • Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions
  • Educate customers on Ashley's full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer's comfort and lifestyle needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
  • Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting showroom
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care
