Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Serve as theprimary system administratorfor a multi-user Salesforce environment.

  • Lead thedesign, configuration, and optimizationof Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).

  • Partner with architects and business stakeholders totranslate requirements into scalable solutionsaligned with Salesforce best practices.

  • Act as agatekeeperfor declarative vs. programmatic solutions, ensuring alignment with platform principles.

  • Manageuser roles, profiles, permissions, and data security across the org.

  • Overseedata integrity, deduplication efforts, and integrations with external systems.

  • Drivecontinuous improvementof Salesforce processes and data quality across the organization.

  • Coordinate and executeconfiguration changes, including automation, custom objects, page layouts, and record types.

  • Evaluate and implementnew featuresfrom Salesforce releases and AppExchange products.
