Skyline - LPN / RN Skilled Nursing (Full Time)
to join our team!
The pay for this role is $40 - $47 per hour if LPN, but up to $55 per hour if RN.

Our Nurses:
  • Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.
  • Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Skyline nursing team.
  • Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
  • Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
  • Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
  • Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Skyline/Transforming Age.
  • Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
  • Be a graduate of an accredited LPN/RN Program
  • Have an active LPN/RN license in the state, in good standing
  • Experience in a Nursing Home (Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
  • Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
  • Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
  • Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
  • On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
