About the Role
Skylight Financial Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, advisor initiatives, and internal communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience looking to build a career in marketing. You'll gain hands-on experience across social media, website management, content creation, graphic design, communications, events, and marketing operations while working alongside a collaborative and growing team.

We're looking for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to learn.
What You'll Do

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that support firm initiatives, advisor marketing efforts, recruiting, and brand awareness.
  • Create and design engaging social media content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy.
  • Manage and maintain the firm's social media channels, including content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
  • Update and maintain the firm’s website content.
  • Assist in identifying content opportunities and marketing trends that help strengthen the firm's digital presence.

Design & Content Creation

  • Design and update marketing materials for both internal and external audiences, including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and event materials.
  • Create visually engaging graphics and content for social media, email marketing campaigns, websites, and firm communications.
  • Gather advisor stories, testimonials, photos, and other content to support marketing initiatives.

Communications & Events

  • Assist with the production of internal and external newsletters.
  • Capture photos and video content at firm events and celebrations.
  • Support advisor marketing initiatives and firm-wide campaigns.
  • Assist with event preparation, marketing materials, and follow-up communications.

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate stationery, promotional item, and branded merchandise orders.
  • Support onboarding communications for new advisors and team members.
  • Maintain marketing resources, directories, and distribution lists.
  • Assist with various administrative and project coordination responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
