Tile Installation Technician โ€“ Lead High-End Residential Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Projects

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital craftsman in transforming residential spaces, executing high-quality kitchen and bathroom renovations. This role offers the autonomy to manage detailed installations from start to finish while operating within a supportive, design-focused team. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute flawless tile installations on floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers from start to finish.
  • Prepare all substrate surfaces precisely by measuring, cutting, leveling, and applying proper waterproofing.
  • Apply grout, sealants, and finishing touches to ensure a polished, high-end final product.
  • Maintain strict alignment, spacing, and leveling standards to deliver professional, defect-free results.
  • Communicate daily project progress with managers and clients to ensure transparency and timelines.
  • Manage job site cleanliness and safety protocols to protect our customers' homes and property.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional tile installation experience within residential or commercial remodeling.
  • Proven ability to interpret layouts, execute precise cuts, and perform complex waterproofing procedures.
  • Clean driving record matching the requirements for utilizing company-provided installation vehicles.
  • Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy installation materials independently.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting on active job sites.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completion of a formal remodeling apprenticeship or equivalent technical field training.
  • Demonstrated experience working with high-end, specialty tile materials and intricate mosaic patterns.
  • Proven track record of mentoring junior helpers or apprentices in proper setting techniques.
