What You’ll Do

• Complete tile installations for showers, floors, and bathroom projects
• Run jobs independently when needed
• Work alongside other installers and help guide apprentices
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members

• Proven experience in tile installation (showers, floors, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to lead, teach, and support apprentices
• Professional appearance and respectful attitude on job sites
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Drug-free and able to perform at a high level every day
• Organized, accountable, and communicates well
