Job Summary:
Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a Cyber SME III to leverage technical expertise in cyber engineering and project management. The role involves analyzing, assessing, and testing cyber capabilities while ensuring compliance and certification of systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Fifteen (15) years of technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation with 10 yearsโ€™ experience in project management.
โ€ข Ten (10) yearsโ€™ experience supporting the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities.
โ€ข Demonstrated participation in the research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.
โ€ข Ten (10) yearsโ€™ experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in recommending assessments to determine system performance to risks.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข TS/SCI (SAP eligible)
โ€ข Fifteen (15) years of technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation with 10 yearsโ€™ experience in project management.
โ€ข Ten (10) yearsโ€™ experience supporting the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities.
โ€ข Demonstrated participation in the research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.
โ€ข Ten (10) yearsโ€™ experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in recommending assessments to determine system performance to risks.
โ€ข Must meet certification requirements per applicable DoW Directives and DoW Instructions.
โ€ข Must have relevant industry credentials such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, Information Technology, cybersecurity, or related science or engineering field.
Preferred:
โ€ข Military or DoW experience.
