EKG Security, Inc is looking for a Full-Time Concierge Security Officer for LUXURY Condominiums in Atlanta, GA. Afternoon and evening shift available $19/hr!

The Concierge Security Officer is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all residents, tenants, and visitors. This role is a unique blend of security and hospitality, requiring a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk management. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the property, providing a welcoming environment while maintaining a vigilant and professional security presence.

Schedule: Wed and Thur 1pm-9pm; Fri, Sat, and Sun 4pm-12am

Job duties

  • Access Control and Security:
    • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
    • Operate and monitor security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.
    • Conduct regular patrols of the property (both interior and exterior) to ensure the physical security of all areas.
    • Respond to and investigate security alarms and incidents, escalating issues to management and law enforcement as needed.
  • Customer Service and Concierge Duties:
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors, including greeting and assisting them with inquiries, directions, and requests.
    • Accept and log packages, deliveries, and mail, notifying residents/tenants of their arrival.
    • Maintain a clean and professional appearance in the lobby and at the security desk.
    • Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, following established procedures.
  • Emergency Response:
    • Act as the first responder to all building emergencies, including medical, fire, and security incidents.
    • Follow established emergency protocols and procedures.
    • Coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, EMS) as necessary.
    • Complete detailed incident reports for all security-related events.
  • Administrative and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity reports (DARs), logs, and records.
    • Enforce property rules and regulations in a fair and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with management and other staff members regarding daily operations and any issues that arise.
    • Concierge/ Security staff are expected to be fluent in computer functions and basic correspondence email and faxing/scanning documents.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
